This story as with you other recollections of Thailand have me remembering this older American woman in Singapore in 1992 when I was in Singapore at the naive age of 21. In retrospect, she made a pass at me in the gym of the American Club when she grabbed my hands and said women like a man with soft hands on their bodies and not calloused and I should wear gloves when I lift weights.
