Yes, it's true that my Spanish isn't very good. I used Google Translate, which I know is unreliable, and I supplemented it with my own shaky understanding of Spanish verbs. This is especially embarrassing because I live in Colorado in the U.S., where a good chunk of the population speaks Spanish as a first language.
