Superficial and silly. You don't give enough reason to suspend disbelief of normal behavior. Instantly goes to spanking, fucking and name calling a new hire. Sure. The set up to fail here was clunky. There was nothing subtle about it to have the employee buy into it. A belt beating, fucking and anal rape, right. And finally slave? Just too much what the hell going on. If only meant for quick masturabation, the sex isn't sexy.
