Yes, a lot going on...but not too much. I liked the characters. I grew up on a farm, and there wasn't this sort of action.

I wonder what the chances are someone would be named Dylan in the 1940s. I know there was Dylan Thomas, but he was Welsh not Irish.

I think Jeffrey ought to wait for Abbey to turn 18. She is the best of the lot by far.

I think that rather Abbey and jefery should stay together on the farm making there relationship more they're all ready in a good on make it get hotter and have them become hot lovers with Madison . this story is just getting better by the page I can't stop reading this story is just amazing now please make it get hotter and sexyer

I love the drama and the interaction between Jeffrey and Abbey. I hope he doesn't just leave the poor girl there on the farm by herself at the end of the summer.

While I liked the story, it just doesn't ring true for 1940.

This was 20 years before the pill, and single women were terrified of becoming pregnant. Not to mention the different standards of propriety back then.

Love the buildup and the small treats spread in between. Nicely written and well told.
