You need to get another editor or do some proof reading yourself. The mistake of using "had had" stands out. As proper method is "I'd had, she'd had" etc. also some other items need fixing and the editor never corrected. Another is at times the using "come" when the normal slang for an orgasm/semen is "cum".

I wondered why Elaine said that Cindy was starting her period and wouldn't want to do anything for a while. Sounds like a girl dating.
