Really well written and very moving. Captures the uncertainties of introspection, internalized homophobia, and finally, realization that the drive to love the person you love is overbearing and will not be denied. Closure please. More please. It matters that they get to make legitimate their love and be together, or suffer a heart-crushing denial of themselves. Thank you for so plainly demonstrating the reality of best friends who truly love each other falling in love with each other. This representation matters.
