One of the best short stories in this site. Several details are superb.

1) The language makes narration believable.

2) The narrator is an enjoyable rascal: a care-for-nobody and casual seducer.

3) The situation: I love stories of female reporters investgating prostitution and getting entangled in it by their own unconscious desire. Maybe a bit misogynistic, but it is a fantasy and we are in literotica after all.
