The protagonist (look that word up, I know you probably don't know it) is not believable. His character portrayal is all over the place. Card company may request a name, use hers with address. If you have a friend who is female then have her call. Otherwise pay some young girl tell them it is a prank give them cash, believe me they will do it. Get her phone number, carrier, and phone number serial number. Report it stolen as well, shortly after or before the credit cards.
