RB isn't fully explained yet. In the short term, the important thing is that its understood that it's an enhancer. You could probably guess at what RB stands for. BFS will be used repeatedly as an abbreviation throughout the stories. Its already been spelt out the long way, so the answer is in there but it will be more explained in a more forward/blunt way in an upcoming chapter.
