Thoroughly enjoyable tale. I wasn't sure about it in the beginning, but it just get's better with each chapter. You're doing a great job,and I can't wait to read about Sal's explorations.

An enjoyable chapter, but the time cut and then flashback is an unnecessary hindrance to the story. The reader has to figure out what's going before they can continue, and you end up telling them everything that happened anyway. Why not just do it chronologically and not cause confusion?
