better written than the last. The end was a bit unclear for me. The part about the thralls and connections to him or to the demon king confused me. I assume you meant his connection to the demon King was broken but I am unsure why. What did 2 thralls blowing up break all the thralls connections? I hope he can escape and see Paxton. But, is his magic affected if his regeneration still works? Can he escape the pain with these chains on?
