Engaging writing, but you keep shifting, sometimes in mid-sentence, your voice from first to third person, which can be a little jarring. Other than that, great work.

Thanks for the comments Crow - I noticed on this chapter that I was doing that and went back thru and thought I caught them all. I'm new at this writing thing and trying to just tell a story. I'm making a concerted effort to keep the next one straight.

After the first 2 or 3 chapters, I wasn't sure I wanted to continue reading - as they were a bit 'samey' - but boy am I glad I did !
