For the most part this was well written. Maybe a couple of typos.

The beginning was a little too long for my taste. Once into it, the build-up was delightful. The description and phrasing are excellent. I loved how professionally the author managed the conversational mode. I appreciate the story length as I don't like extended same family ... chapters that keep the same theme

I most definitely want a sequel, when she finally moves in, maybe even sleeps in his bed. Afterall she is divorced, her husband left her. Dan is a good man but lonely. She is a good woman and lonely. They need each other. And Dan will be a good grandfather to the young girls.

He will show those girls what a loving man is and how a loving man treats his wife.
