An excellent example of good writing as I saw a lot of skill thoughout the story. Even the ending was good. Whether I, or anyone else, might do it differently is neither here, nor there, as it was YOUR story.
Always impressed with someone who can tell a short story since mine always seem to go on. Good suspense and pacing. :)
Tightly-written, riveting plot, great characterisation, convincing dialogue. Nothing missing from a very fine story indeed. Thank you. I'll pass it on...
Can we still say that, since this is online?
Beautifully written story. It fully kept my attention and the ending brought a smile to my face. Thank you.
Wonderful story and as a Carolina girl from the upstate who loves the coast, you did a great job with your description of the coast. The only thing you left out was the nailing heat we had at Spoleto two weeks ago (lol!). I can't wait for your next story!
Thanks to all for your comments. As for Spoleto, I didn't go this year--it was hot enough there last year. Love the Carolina coast, though. Next vacation is at Hilton Head. If you'd like to read more (moving up to Maryland's Eastern Shore), you can find me here and about with e-books under the name Olivia Stowe.
Thanks for a really enjoyable story. Nothing like a happy ending after difficulties to bring a smile to my face.
This is a great story with some wonderful twists. Thank you
I had some real problems with how disjointed the timeline was, especially with no tissue to dileniate the changes. Playing with flashbacks is one thing, but this seemed to be more like a narrative via string theory.
This was a spellbinder of a romance. Lots of coincidences which lead to a happy
ending. Thanks!
Dear Author, Picked this tale, at random, from your vast total of work. Again, I was lost in your unique and interesting love story with a twisted crime novel as its backbone. A unique merging of the two genre. Thank you again for the one of a kind tale and the pleasure I had in reading it. jntiques
What a wonderful intriguing blend of of mystery with romance and realism on the brink of the impossible (or at least unlikely)! I loved it. Thank you.
