This is a great story, well written and intelligent. I'm really enjoying it, But please learn the difference between "discreet" and "discrete", and the apostrophe - e.g in "you're" (meaning "you are" ) and (no apostrophe) "your" - the possessive of "you" - e.g "your tits are wonderful". And - although you haven't used the expression) "Chaise longue"., NOT Chaise "lounge". ("Chaise longue" is French, originally meaning a long chair; Lounge sounds like the posh room in a down-market boozer.
I know spelling gets to some people, so I try to be careful... not sure if your comments relate to this actual story, though.
Love the idea of a shabby boozer with a room called the Chaise Lounge. I'm using that!
