Dean seems like a model employee. His boss is very generous. I agree that he needs to show his gratitude for the opportunity to prove himself. Also, the secretary being in on it was a nice touch

Every sentence in the story had a purpose in the context of the storyline. This particularly goes for the description of Kelly's jugs; the majority of us readers being just bi curious, the first part of the story brought us to a state of arousal where sucking an authoritarian & unscrupulous boss seems like a dream come true.

Faced with a domineering, self-confident (basically arrogant) boss, a man with the right predisposition will get strong homosexual impulses. If you are the man & the boss tells you to suck his dick or bend over the desk with your pants and boxers down at your knees, it seems to you like the most logical thing to do, it seems like the boss is rewarding you. I AM SAYING THIS BASED ON MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE. The above scenario happened to me twice. It wasn't even for promotion. I just felt the need to submit to a man with such personality.

His wife doesn't know it (yet) but her husband sucked cock for her. If he gets the promotion the boss will probably send him on an out-of-town trip so that he can fuck the guy's wife too; he seams like that kind of boss.
