Hard times on the outskirts of ' The Big Easy' !

More down bitten characters and dialogue are spewn at the reader as hard core as any Tom Waits album. The grand tour of life in the Delta social ditches is getting just a tad wearisome. JimBob44's talent has conjured up some sympathetic characters and I hope the angst quotient on this plot decreases just a bit with the next installment.

Wow, this is really dark and depressing. Everything that could go wrong does. Sigh. I really hope it gets better for the protagonists.
