Just fabulous the way you revealed that Dan's middle name is Tom! Very clever. Difficult at times to decipher who is doing what to whom! Many antecedent confusions in this story. Do they still teach English and writing in high schools? And does anyone pay attention and/or apply what they should have learned? Strongly suspect I will not try to read the rest of this tale.
