enjoyed it

Id have liked to hear a little more about Dereks transition to Deedee, that was quite a big jump. As she slowly accepted herself I can imagine the tough time that she would've had at school & her running back to Daddy in tears where he'd comfort her. And that would be how she fell in love with him. Aside from that I really liked it, the later parts truely conveyed a tenderness between the two lovers, which is what makes the story so enjoyable to read for me.

Nice little story, but...

First off, I want to say that you are one of my favorite authors on this site. That being said, I have a small bone to pick with you about this story. The thing is, gay men are not attracted to transsexuals. It's very simple - gay men like men who look like men, not women. Guys who are into transsexual women are mostly straight, and the rest are bisexual.

One other thing I'd like to point out is that, believe it or not, even in states like Louisiana and Mississippi, it is possible to obtain a legal change in gender without having full sex reassignment surgery. The only thing required is the diagnosis of gender dysphoria and some form of therapy to alleviate it, however minor that may be. I can't remember the actual steps required, but the psychologist intercedes with a judge on the patient's behalf in order to obtain the rights to legally change genders. This process was put in place primarily to prevent transsexual women from being sent to men's prisons if they get arrested, but it also enables a transwoman to legally marry a man.

You Turned That Around Really Well...

...And I enjoyed it very much. It IS highly unusual for someone that identifies themselves as Gay to be interested in a TS female. Although it wasn't specifically stated, so I'll assume he probably was bi-curious. Several southern states were sadly still pretty backwards when it came to sex-change requirements as recently as a few years ago, and I believe Louisiana was one of them. Allowing those without an SRS to have their identification changed was actually fairly recent, but that has now been implemented... finally. But I definitely connected with this character, and I have known others that came from very similar circumstances, and while 'daddy' was hardly the way out I'd have expected, your ending certainly gave some food for thought. I'll also second that request for additional fleshing out of the DD character, as its always helpful to know more about exactly how they see themselves (i.e.- as a butterfly or a dragonfly :). Thanks for sharing and I'll be watching for more. Cheers! --- Josie

Great story. The only thing I didn't like was the mis-gender of DeeDee. As a transsexual, I personally hate being referred to as a male. Other than that, it was a great story. :-*

Sweet and erotic at the same time

A sweet and erotic story at the same time. Good characters, especially DeeDee and Daddy.

Sweet

I was worried when Daddy started being so forceful with DeeDee but I'm really happy it worked out for them. A surprisingly sweet and poignant story.

I really liked how everyone came out and it ended happily for all.

That was...disturbing. I kept waiting for Derek to be rescued from his rescuer. Then it turns from rape to romance without skipping a beat and I'm left utterly confused and more than a little horrified.
