Ok I am a female DJ in Houston Tx and what you said about counting down the cue and the abject boredom was so on point I sent it to my co -host (we both started as overnight deejays as well) he then sent it to our sound tech. And like things usually do it has made its rounds to everyone in the station. I hope no one knows that I initiated the email. I am the only female in the lot (sans the office girls) but more so than that is the rumor and gossip that everyone is trying to figure out if it is by one of our own. I would like to point out that I was in high school at the time these songs where popular (Ps firestarter is so a dance song lol) but I will admit that I have had similar fantasies but none I ever had the lady balls to act on. This story was based upon my own experiences as an overnight disc jockey. Unfortunately my overnight shift was my last job in radio, but except for "Stacy" actually showing up pretty much everything else there was real. I'm glad everybody liked it!
