Unless this fantasy was set pre-early 80's, nurses in dresses and candy-strippers? The only nurses I see in dresses today are near or past retirement, and I cannot remember the last time I saw a candy-stripper. Even a good fantasy has elements that feel true to life. Sex scenes were hot, but an element of reality would have made them better.
