Didn't like the ending very much, too much uncertainty.

There is not a single exchange of dialogue - dry as a code style manual

When I read the title, I was hoping for a much more believable story. I do appreciate a good straight to the point stroke story but this was more like flashes of extreme fantasy loosely strung together.

I don't know how at the end he asked them when they were coming back with the panties and penis gag locked into his mouth.
