Yes, that would be a great idea. But did I miss something? Did she just have a baby....the reason for the milk to flow from her breasts. I don't recall reading anything about her having a baby, recently, or otherwise.

You could continue this story quite easily, by this guy cuming back and continuing to fuck her, and making a baby with her. Her husband would not have to know that it is not his baby (or babies if they continue to fuck over a certain time frame. As her husband goes out with the boys, she stays home and is continuously fucked and bred with this guy. All sorts of possibilities exist with this story.

This should be over in the cheating wives category. The sex scene was great, but in the end it's just another cheating wife story. Very original. I am sure she will continue to betray her husband everytime she can now and will have no problem with it.
