I thought the illustrations were good. It reminded me of Japanese Art almost immediately. And since I have some sort of an attraction to anything Jap, I thought, well, maybe I'd read through it... and I loved it! Great story, and appropriate illustrations. Dare I ask for more? <3 Lillian, KR
