We have no way of knowing if 1 or 2 were adhered to but it most definitely was not consensual.
You set out to humiliate and punish her, you achieved the former but we can only presume that you did the latter as well. Whilst you laid out the process the punishment was to take you never actually specified what punishment she received.
What you were suggesting was ridiculously dangerous, clamps on her nipples for 5 1/2 hours? That would cause nerve damage quite possibly permanent. It’s impossible to go from repressed housewife to painslut in one go.
In isolation several parts of the story were erotic in theory but the reality would have a very different result with several outcomes ranging from, hospital, prison for both follwed by divorce.

(why such vicious punishment?, shes not a gun runner, drug smuggler or a granny mugger, there is no hint that she is into consensual BDSM or a 'painslut')

Yes 625 should read 325 as that is the approximate conversion of 5 1/2 hours. While we are being pedantic, the discipline you mean is arithmetic not mathematics and the abbreviation of mathematics is maths not 'math'. Love and kisses , I_Wish.
