Maybe I'm wrong, but I have the impression that most of us who come to this site aren't looking to be hit in the face with a blast of reality. For a large portion of Ch. 1, you described Amber's existence as pretty depressing - low self esteem, only one decent relationship that didn't last very long, and a social life that seems equally dismal. So when Phillipe impressed her in several ways and also appeared to be attracted to her, I was hoping (and expecting) that a rewarding, long-term relationship would result. Yes, she had a great fuck, but that's it. Clearly she's left to her typically miserable existence. Nothing has changed to make next month any better, and the prick even stole her underwear. So, no, I didn't like it. It's just more confirmation of what men are like - shallow bastards that just want to add notches to the bedpost. I'll stick with stories written by women.
