I wavered between 50 and 75, I did not read in this chapter any reason why she would be afraid of the chair. It was just a standard Master-Mistress/Sub, where the sub is free to move around, no lock down in the chair, no punishment associated with the chair, the chair has no function in this chapter, any more than the floor did.
