I am not sure what to say except this story is very gripping even without the sex. Excellent read so far. The only aspect I did not really relate to is Mansi's economic background . Being middle class is one thing, you are more exposed /aware of the lifestyle of the rich..you want the good things but you can only wish. Mansi does not fit the image of a woman being seduced by a 1988 champagne. .if you know what I mean. Her life is too detached from those wants because her families financial status does not expose her to them.

I must agree with others that this is one of the best story written on Indian theme.

The gradual progression of events, minutest detailing, portrayal of subtle emotions and what not.

Few suggestions:

It seemed that money was the primary motivation for Mansi. Though the same may sound good in the beginning but cannot be so throughout. It would be better if it comes out that the old man helped her become self sufficient than doling out few thousand buck to Mansi every time.

Mansi's sexual liberation has to be proportionate to the limitations cast upon her by her family and the society.

Towards the end the story should be able to state how Mansi withstood the time without being vulnerable.

Eagerly waiting for the next part.
