Have the guy overhear his wife telling her stud - in graphic detail - why she is going to fuck him (revenge) and then a little flashback by the narrator or recounting by the wife of what she'd seen (hubby cheating) would set the scene and tell the story

They were fucking idiots for putting up with thier whoring wives for two years, maybe god will smile on them, and thier wives willget AIDS from Maaaimo and die slow lonely painful deaths

That she really wanted to get aids? That she had the IQ of a pea? This whole story was a cluster fuck of cheaters. In the end, who cared who did what to whom?

I don't get anything that happened in the story. None of it made any sense. None of the characters showed any believable feelings or emotions. It was just sex without logic, love, or even lust.
