If you are paying your editor, you are being ripped off!!!!!!! Major grammar and other mistakes! It's hard NOT to focus on such obvious mistakes! I mean, "Mr. Johnson and It's relationship"?!?!?!?!?! Good grief! The mistakes take away from the story.
