When it comes to a romantic interaction there is nothing better than an experienced person and a younger partner. You have set a very high standard for what could develop into an amazing journey for these two women. Thank you for a well written little piece.

A first-rate and well-written story (or chapter). So it begs two questions: (1) you are obviously a good writer so why haven't we seen more from you on Lit (unless you are published elsewhere); and (2) where's the rest of Just a Number? It's been almost three years since posting and no sign of the next chapter. That's a very good way to lose readers, a pity when a writer's as good as you.

I just wanted to say how much I appreciate the feedback. Until this week, 'Just a Number' was the only story I'd ever written. I can see that posting the new story has sent people back here, which is really encouraging - thanks so much for taking the time to seek it out. Having said that, it's highlighted that I never finished part 2 (well, truthfully I never actually started it!) I wrote this for a bit of fun and to see if I could submit anything worth reading, with the intention of continuing if it wasn't a train wreck. As I'm not a writer, I got distracted with other pursuits. But when I finally got back to writing something again, I wanted to start with a new idea rather than continuing this one. Anyway, that's a way more boring explanation than anyone would ever care for. Thank-you again for reading and encouraging more from me. I'll definitely do my best to submit more stories (maybe even a part 2 to this one 😊). Cheers,
