Fantastic, as good fantasy should be. I do hope you continue this story.

Very very good

You have quite a few stories, like this one, that have a potential for being expanded upon. Why do you not do continue your stories? Don't get me wrong, I thought it was a wonderful tale and I thank you for your efforts. I'm just curious. If someone else wanted to add to it, would you consider it?

Your Answer

I also answered this question on my own blog, but I don't continue a story if I don't have a good idea beyond just, "And then they have more sex." I feel like it's better to leave an audience wanting more than to leave them wishing I'd stopped sooner. I don't generally allow others to continue my stories--inspiration can strike months or years later, and I'd like to leave those possibilities open. But that's why you don't see many continuations or sequels, because they probably wouldn't be as good as you think they would.

I just wanted to say

While I hesitate to use the word "trauma", I have some...visceral associations with the experience of getting lost in an unfamiliar city. The first half of your story is really bringing those associations up for me. I'm not complaining. I just wanted to say, you do a really good job of capturing the raw panic of that situation. This guy is probably more sensible about it than I've been, to be honest.

Anyways, back to reading!

Oh, wait. Shit. It's even nighttime. This is too creepy now. I feel kind of self-absorbed posting about myself here, but I really do want to make it clear, you're doing a scarily good job of selling things.
