Not any likeable characters in this story.

It seems as though Kendra doesn't like confrontation and a bit of a pushover. She should've told Nick that she accepted his apology but not for her brother because he didn't give one. Its still early in the story so hopefully Mike doesn't have jerk like qualities throughout the whole story.

Has Kendra ever dated white men? She can't say that Nick isn't interested in women of color when she doesn't date outside of her race. He could be saying the same thihg about her. He may see her as off limits because he is a friend to Mike.

I wouldn't be surprised if Mike and Nick are at the party too. I hope she doesn't embarrass herself.

was this supposed to be ch1?since we didnt get that from the title i was expecting the whole story.

what the hell man "women of color' really??? seriously??? couldn't just be "black women"? is this the 50s or what. and why these chapter so short this should have been part of chapter one.
