so incomplete! Why does the castrati want revenge? Surely not just for her showing off her womanly charms periodically without gratifying him. What of the performance? What will the Count have her doing that will be so humiliating? Does her husband see the performance? Also, hardly erotic — a few mentions of a lover, a few vignettes? Charming tale, nonethe less.

I miss the words to give your story the praise it deserves. I was drawn right into your story by your wonderfully vivid descriptions and superbly characterised protagonists. I must confess that I absolutely loathe puppets, so I was positively horrified.

A splendid, splendid story, I would definitely love to read more from you, your artistic use of the written word is a pleasure to read!
