I really, really hope for a sequel to this. You have a talent for thinking up creative scenes. If you have a sub, she's very lucky.

Normally, I would say you've overused italics. For the pace and flow of this story, however, it works. Watch out if you write slower stories in the future, though. Overuse of italics can make it feel like you're reading spam.
