There's absolutely no reason i care what's happening at all.

Within the first two paragraphs we've introduced no less than 6 characters without a bit of background about who any of these people are, what their motivations are or whether the actions they are going to take are out of the ordinary for their lives.

Then everything's just mechanical and boring without any passion or reason for me the reader to care about what's going on.
