It does not come across as if Diante loves Vince enough, I mean he's saying he loves him but you can't force someone to be in a threesome... it had seemed their love was strong but Diante's acting like he can do without Vince - just like that???

This angle just spoilt the buildup of the story. It doesnt sound plausible... you need to do something.
