Put down the pen, get a job, find a library, read some Chekhov, and try to get a life, or turn this into something meaningful.

How do you do that. Tell us who these two people are, how they came to be married, what the husband is like and what he does for a living. Then give him the courage to tell his 'very sick' wife to either get help or expect a divorce. Of course she refuses to get help and thinks he'd never divorce her. He does and starts his life over. Then what does she do? She either ends up dead somewhere or she turns her life around and finds a way to reconcile with her husband.

You can't burn this bitch because she's sick; it would be like drowning a puppy. You can't play the 'oh boy I'm going to write all about her sexual escapades' because she isn't having any, besides your not able to write the necessary erotica to make this an ongoing story about sex.
