Your style is so readable and engaging. I love Manni as the narrator, she is vibrant and funny, but then you have also managed to create the other characters in the story without that much writing at all. Just from what you have written so far I have managed to create pretty much fully formed people in my head for Alan, Erica, and Nathan

- and most importantly, Paula, the arrogant student Luke and the arsehole professor! You managed to do that with little more than a couple of sentences for each of them.

Personally, I think that's really skilful of you. It sounds easy, but it isn't. You just wrote it really really well.

Listen, I know I'm behind the times, I'm only on Ch4!, but I'm catching up with the story.

This is a lot of fun and I only one gripe. I can not imagine a desorganized paleontologist! Sure he can forget his notes, have the wrong CD, even leave his fly open but on his notes and records he knows where everything is!
