Amazing story, very graphic and original !

Lit doesn't really have a method for crediting co-authors, so we are taking turns posting the stories we collaborate on in our writing group (the Erotic Confectioners) and it was my turn. She was pushing for mind control and more non-con and if that turns you on, you should /certainly/ read her stories as they are stunningly hot and exotic. I was interested in exploring those ideas, but I'm so firmly held to consent that I had to frame the mind control in terms of the things I know do exist in the real world:

- Respectfully addressing concerns to make a partner feel safe, and...

- Pheromones. Humans have a greater variety of bacterial cells than we do human cells, and our DNA (HLA genes) code for the priorities of our immune system, which then determines which bacteria live on our skin, which then controls how we smell. We are programmed to be attracted to the partner with a good immune system which complements our own so our offspring is most likely to be healthy. Long story only slightly longer, there is no single pheromone that will be attractive to every partner. However...

What Able has in his pocket is a small device that smells the pheromones of the other person and builds a spray that is it's perfect complement.

More than that, what Able has in his pocket is an idea: That almost everyone wants pleasure, including sexual pleasure, and most want it bad. What stops them, especially women, is the cost of sex: Scorn, abandonment, STDs, legal charges, pregnancy, etc... The real mind control is in acknowledging and removing those objections. That's what "THE CLUB: How I met the love of my life in a sex club" is about, a place and a group that resolves all those issues, and opens people up to sex without concern. It was started by the couple in my story "THE KEY" after they experienced "THE LOCK" (soon to be published) and was built by people like Able; infecting others with an idea:
