The cowboys confuse me

Doctor Shaw is already kind of annoying as he feels like he is only there so a guy is in charge (no personality), buy the Cowboys are just distracting. You have this facility where everything feels all medical and cult-y; then suddenly you have a bunch of guys saying "y'all".
