Exciting read - I just would prefer it without the repeating “my son is ....” line. Any mention of the son isn’t sexy to me. Otherwise - This would be what I have most enjoyed reading on this site. I like the “being tricked” element. Blackmailed seems more common to read about, so I like this unique idea. Thanks!

Not bad for a first story at all, its easy to be a critic if you've never written anything yourself. I never have ether, but this wasnt a bad first story. Keep at it and learn.

Really great story, especially for your first. Can’t wait for part 2! Hope the doctors go further and both take her at the same time! Maybe like a another commenter said her equally busty younger sister hears about the checkup and eagerly asks for her own. Whatever you think is right, you clearly have a great mind for this!
