LOL! I read that word a few times trying to figure out what you meant for it to say, because I only remembered the mastoid process from anatomy class and that didn't fit the sentence at all.

I really like your writing style, and how the story seems to be unfolding. Plus, what woman doesn't fantasize about a sexy Latino lover? Most of us aren't wishing for him to be a psychopath but we're more than happy to read about one who is. ;-)

I really don’t understand why you would want that level of violence in a fantasy story that’s supposedly about sex?? I couldn’t even finish the first page, it’s beyond bizarre, I mean how is chopping of limbs meant to lead into erotic thoughts let alone erotic acts? It’s completely bizarre.

So, you have brutal murder, kidnapping, racism, rape ......literally NONE of that is erotic. You were correct in saying it’s NOT BDSM. If anything it’s Stockholm Syndrome presumably brought on by cliched magic cock.

Sorry it was not your flavor of Ice Cream, it was designated NC. I do not consider it Stockholm or magic cock as he sets her free, but there are bad people in gritty LA.

For something without the bad stuff, might I suggest the Dara stories. The poor girl is looking for love and finds a husband free of rape, murder and other bad stuff. She is even faithful. I may do a second book some time.
