If you want to improve as a writer learn some basic grammar. "I set my phone down and lied back down onto my bed" is garbage. Try "lay back down".

When you make a grammatical criticism, you ought to at least be correct! In the sentence in question it's not "lay back down," it's "laid back down." Lay is present tense, laid is past.

Pretty hot story. I wouldn't mind reading another story about one of theor more outrageous orgies or requests. Instant 5 stars. Keep up the good work!

That was actually intentional. I like the “unreliable narrator” literary device, so using a defunct country was meant to make the point that Ari didn’t really care about the visitor at that time, so she hadn’t paid any attention as to where he was from. Perhaps including an “or somewhere like that” would have helped make it more clear.
