Will definitely not happen!! I'm also fed up with the stereotypical mate at first sight, then everything is right in the world plot line.

If you chain a wolf or pen it up it will work nonstop to get loose, to a level that would appear obsessive to humans.

If you leave the gate open it may stay if treated well.

By grabbing them they may set the three against having anything to do with the pack, beyond whatever deception needed to escape.
