Reggie gently tucked the bandaged Shinji into their bed. Relieved that the doctors didn't find any severe damage and that Luke hadn't had enough time to actually rape him. That wouldn't have mattered to Reggie though. Shinji had first arrived to him broken and used, and Reggie had still taken him then. Reggie fully realized now that he had fallen for this slight young man, and he would protect this man till the day he died.

lonesomedove66over 11 years agoCannd couldn't have said it better. I love all the chapters but this one was brilliant. I agree also on the way that Reggie developed the bond between them both and the trust they created together could not be broken. I hope there is more to come as I am a sucker for a good romance, but if not it was a beautiful way to end the story, but if you do have more up your sleeve I hope you will let us know what Luke's punishment was, apart from ostracization from the club, was he arrested, charged??? Or better yet got his just desserts, but no I wouldn't wish that treatment on anyone

Anonymousover 11 years agoI really do love this series. Enough that I'm commenting at 1 in the morning. I apologize for the nastygram on the last chapter- you hit on one of my only pet peeves. Het sex is a complete turn-off for me, so I was more than a little irritated. I'm sorry. Thank you, though, for including notes at the beginning of this chapter.
canndover 11 years agoGood to see an update. I think this chapter was the best one you've done. I particularly liked how you have Reggie respecting Shinji's history and developing their relationship at a rate that is comfortable for Shinji. I like how you smoothly fit both their perspectives in.
The one thing that was missing for me is the development of the non-sexual part of their relationship. I'd have liked to see some scenes that showed how they grew into that comfortable relationship you described on the couch before his ex-sub Annie (?) showed up. I hope that Reggie will open up to Shinji more too. I think he deserved to know who she was. I think it would have helped him to know who Luke (lol im terrible with names sorry :) was to Reggie.
I look forward to the next chapter and hope you'll let us see both the sexual and non-sexual side of this relationship. I thought it was really sweet that he'd given him the necklace and too bad that Shinji was asleep when Reggie announced he loved him.
