Shit.
I didn't realize it til now, but the text conversation between Shiloh and Sam on the second page goes like this.
Shy: This is ground control to major sam, have you made the grade?
Sam: He huffed and he puffed, but I still made it through
Shy: good thing you're a brick shithouse
Sam: Wish me luck
Shy: luckluckluck
For some reason, Sam's responses aren't showing.
Shit.
Thank you for the update!! I didn't expect to see a new chapter but I'm so glad it updated and in Sam's perspective too! ^O^
I just checked your page the other day looking to see if this was updated, but it wasn't. Imagine my surprise when I saw it on the front page today! Love this story; Shy's humor is so cute.
I was happy to see the next chapter of this story up. I just got a chance to read it tonight. The texting makes more sense now. I love this story. Here's to hoping Shiloh and Sam end up together. Thanks for sharing your story. As always it's another 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 from me.
Thanks for the new chapter!
It's great as always. I really liked reading from Sam's point of view.
And even with the long waiting periods, your stories are always worth it!
Completely worth my 2nd comment on this site too!
Thanks for continuing this story (one of my all-time favorites). Seeing how Sam sees Shiloh is refreshing. I have a suspicion about that 'documentary' guy mentioned. Sooo ready for the next installment
Damn, that was beautiful. Really, truly beautiful. I'm surprised more people haven't favorited this chapter.
We'll be holding you to your promises for sure. :)
Thank you for that wonderful read.
I honestly check this site every other week just for this series (down from daily then weekly..).. pretty sure I might actually die from suspense.. great installment and good to see Sams perspective.. looking forward to more, will definitely be checking out the new story too
This is a difficult and painful story being told so well! I'm anxious for more.
I was so excited to see a new chapter posted. This was awesome. I can't wait to read more
So, the idea of Onus is brilliant. The consequences logical too. How many children are hated when their mothers die in childbirth.
The eventual outcome of Sam and Our Children is (hopefully) inevitable in an age with intelligent internet communities and caring activists, although that isnt assured. We still have Guantanamo to be ashamed of and millions of ugly prisons filled with poor people for a multitude of societal reasons.
Here's hoping your fic has an eventual happy ending, though i predict more angst before the end.
Thanks for sharing your story.

I love this! Thank you for keeping it going!
I'm still a slower writer than you, hah :D
