This story hit all the right buttons for me: Older accomplished man, Lovely younger woman, "baby girl" pet name, and best of all a man with a preference for intelligence! I've just read 4 or 5 of your stories and I am very impressed with the style of your writing. The development of your characters makes them relatable even in the shortest stories and while written as excellent stand alone pieces they leave the reader hoping for additional chapters - at least I do! I recommend: "Lady McCardill", "I'll Be Seeing You", & "Court Seduction" too, so far!
