Spoiled by the rather large amount of nonconsensual and unsafe activity. Flirting with dead in a ditch territory isn't set to me.

I tried to enjoy this story but I kept cringing at how potentially deadly your scene was. Also the diuretic was unnecessary and took away from the story. Also indwelling catheters don't work like that.

Their lack of understanding at how easily they could have killed her ruined this for me; if they had checked on her safety and consent after installation, I would rate it higher. If they had checked she could still breathe after the piss I would also have rated it higher

The lack of consent...they didn't negotiate piss play... she didn't consent to the son using her.

And they never once checked on her.

So much of this was good and it is certainly well written, but if she "blacked out" with her mouth and nostrils covered in urine.... ? This wasn't just pushing her boundaries. Consent is SO important.
