After hours of tossing and turning, I still couldn't sleep. I was so at odds with myself, and I couldn't fall asleep until I had some resolution. I flicked the lamp on, and sat up on the edge of the bed, and stared into mirror. I looked myself over, up and down. Was I ready to commit, ready to submit to another?
